The San Carlos Business Park

The San Carlos Business Park was orginally built in the early 1980’s and is located immediately adjacent to the 101 freeway at the Brittan Avenue off ramp in a mixed use industrial area of San Carlos.

The Business park is comprised of six freestanding concrete tilt up buildings divided into various tenant space sizes. Most of the buildings have been reconfigured to accommodate smaller office uses that are incubator type space desirable in the Mid-Peninsula market place. San Carlos Business Park has suites from 1,462 square feet up to 13,473 square feet. These varieties of office sizes have the capacity to serve an assortment of general and R & D office uses that allow for additional expansion as tenant space needs increase.
