Access to Electrical and Phone Rooms:
Access to electrical and phone rooms and access to the roof can be coordinated through Black Mountain Properties. Monitoring access to these rooms helps to assure that the integrity of the buildings is maintained and that interruption to systems, now and in the future, will be held to a minimum.
All phone and data work required interior to your leased space is contracted for and paid for by each individual tenant. Black Mountain Properties can recommend vendors for these services if you need assistance.
