Access to Electrical and Phone Rooms:

Access to electrical and phone rooms and access to the roof can be coordinated through Black Mountain Properties. Monitoring access to these rooms helps to assure that the integrity of the buildings is maintained and that interruption to systems, now and in the future, will be held to a minimum.

All phone and data work required interior to your leased space is contracted for and paid for by each individual tenant. Black Mountain Properties can recommend vendors for these services if you need assistance.

A Note From Our CEO

Owning and developing property has been the very core of our family’s business for nearly seven decades. My grandfather, George Washington Faulstich, was a self-made architect and builder, who lead the way for future generations of our family to further his vision. Over the years our family has invested in land, built offices, designed and constructed production facilities, and other properties, primarily in Northern California.

I truly believe that today’s way of doing business is really no different than in the past. Hard work, personal service, and quality customer care are the keys to success. We strive for these characteristics to be included in all services Black Mountain Properties Staff provide. Our professional staff is experienced in all phases of property development, real estate and construction management.

I’m a hands-on individual, who enjoys the art and science of construction and loves the interaction with the people I meet daily.
