Yes, we want to make a profit, for that is smart business, but not at the harm of the environment or to burn any bridges along the way. We have been, after all, in business for over six decades and we begin every transaction with, “how can we make this deal work for you?”
The properties we own and the land we develop are always under our management for many years in order for us to enhance the value and enjoy any market appreciation. Sometimes we seek a partner or joint-venture investor in order to participate in a development. Sometimes such an individual seeks us out. We evaluate each investment opportunity with confidentiality and candor.

3633, 3635 & 3355 Haven Avenue, Menlo Park, California
Referred to as BMP Haven Avenue, this property was acquired in 2005 to compliment our adjacent properties located at 3605-3615 Haven and 3632 Haven to allow for greature development opportunities. The gross land square footage is 214,228 Sq. Ft. or 4.918 acres and when combined with our other adjacent properties the combined total acerage is 8.81.
In 2006, 3633 – 3655 BMP Haven was completely remediated with the oversight of the San Mateo County Health Department and in 2007 Black Mountain Properties received a closure letter from Charles Ice of the San Mateo County Health Department noting no further action is required. The site will not have any deed restrictions on it other than the water below the ground can not be used for drinking water purposes.
