Jim Zanotti is the definitive Property Manager. He brings 25 years of experience to the job with training and education that is continually being updated. Jim’s commitment is making sure every detail, each tenant and all company properties are aligned, in synch and are well maintained.
Jim began his career as a licensed real estate agent after graduating with a BA degree in Social Sciences from San Diego State University. His work eventually led him to Three Sister’s Ranch Enterprises, the Black Mountain Spring Water company’s family-owned real estate division. It was there he became intricately involved in the selection, purchasing, improving and managing of residential and commercial real estate.
The family’s holdings expanded during the booming real estate market of the 1990’s, under Jim’s supervision. When leases were negotiated, tenant improvements made, property inspections performed and purchases executed, he was the glue that kept the operation together.
Jim’s responsibilities today are even more demanding for the property holdings as geographic challenges require more sophisticated monitoring and management. IRC 1031 exchanges, multi-use contracts, municipal codes and broker relations is Jim Zanotti’s world, and he not only keeps on top of it, he is ahead of the curve.
As an integral member of the Black Mountain Properties Team, Jim Zanotti is the first one on the line, the first one to be called and often the last one to go home. He is very likable with a genuine caring demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile, which he often can be seen doing on his mountain bike when the sun is rising.
