San Carlos Business Park (SCBP)

The San Carlos Business Park is located immediately adjacent to the 101 freeway at the Brittan Avenue in a mixed use industrial area of San Carlos.

The business park is comprised of six freestanding buildings divided into various tenant space sizes. Buildings are concrete tilt up buildings built in the early 1980’s. Most of the buildings have been reconfigured to accommodate smaller office uses that are incubator type spaces desirable in the Mid-Peninsula market place.
