Managing the day-to-day operations for Black Mountain Properties, in addition to the company’s future developments, is the responsibility of, Steven J. Mitchell.
Steve’s 30-years of experience in construction, property management and commercial real estate is being immediately applied to the development of Black Mountain Properties new, two-story multi tenant mixed-use office and light industrial building in San Carlos, as well as many tenant improvement projects now underway.
As the Director of Facilities and Real Estate for TechTV (acquired by Comcast) for the past 4 years, Steve managed 19 offices nationwide involving the design, construction and environmental compliance of 300,000 square feet of various television and production facilities.
Prior to that, Steve was Vice President of Environmental Management at ATC Environmental, A nationwide consulting firm providing commercial environmental consulting services for compliance issues to Bank of America’s 4,600 locations nationwide. Additionally, Steve was employed for sixteen years as Regional Vice President of Construction and Regional Vice President / Environmental officer for Great Western Bank nationally.
Steve’s expertise is in streamlining procedures, financial oversight and providing clear communication while coordinating the work of architects, contractors, real estate brokers, vendors, and staff. |
